Class Descriptions:

Body Toning 360- This class will focus on balance drills, strengthening the whole body by using sculpting tools such has dumbbells, stability balls, and exercise bands to sculpt 360 degrees of your body. This workout rolls from one exercise to another with little break to ensure that each muscle is being worked and never burned out one muscle group. Ending each class with a long and effective stretch to help with mobility and flexibility.

Boot Camp- This interval class will give you both cardio and strength training, mixing body weight exercises with battle ropes, medicine balls, and free weights. You trainer will encourage you and drive you to achieve more than you could on your own!


Cardio Dance- Cardio Dance is a fun, cardio intensive workout, designed to help you shed pounds and sculpt your body. The class incorporates easy to follow movements with varied musical genres, such Pop, Latin, Hip-Hop, Caribbean, Ol' School, Bollywood, and other international chart toppers. Get ready to take your dance fitness to the next level. Let's Dance!


Cardio Kickboxing- Cardio Kickboxing is a high energy class that combines cardio, boxing and martial arts to give you a killer total body workout.  It will improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance all in one 30 minute class!  This class is non-contact so it is safe, fun and effective for all skill and fitness levels.  

Core Express- This quick 15 minute session is a great add-on to the rest of your workout or as a quick workout in itself. Focused on activating core abdominal muscles, you will transform and tone your body during a fun workout session designed with your abs in mind! Core strengthening techniques are incorporated into this unintimidating program designed with the entire core in mind.

K-Fit – Circuit style training using timing to increase intensity and work your cardiovascular system. The goal is to build functional total body strength and endurance.

K-MOVE- A movement centered class that helps teach members, ultimately- how to use their bodies in a more efficient matter. The workouts will include a wide range of balance drills/exercises, unconventional training tools such as kettlebells and stability balls, as well as multi-planar body weight exercises.

PlyoJam- This class is an innovative fitness method that seamlessly blends easy to follow, hip hop dance moves with short, fast explosive movements for an increased calorie burn. Not a dancer? No problem, this class is for all levels. 

Sculpt- Target all major muscle groups, head to toe, by utilizing equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, steps, and more! You’ll gain strength, maintain bone health and of course tone those muscles.

Tabata- Keep your body guessing and push your limits! This interval based format simultaneously strengthens & tones your muscles, while increasing your cardiovascular fitness and boosting your metabolism. The Tabata method of combined conditioning gives you plenty of opportunities to push it to the next level, and will leave you proud of your accomplishment. All levels welcome.

Total Body Blast- Be prepared to get a full body workout that involves cardio and weights. This intense class will challenge you and leave you wanting to come back for more. 

Torque Training: This class will have you performing exercises that involve body weight and resisted exercises to function better activities of your daily life, as well as train like an athlete for strong movements! Improve your range of motion and conditioning with functional training tools on the "Torque" unit in the main gym space. Functional training will lead to better stability and flexibility while targeting all the major muscle groups. *Be sure to reserve your spot up to 15 minutes before class, space is limited.*

Yoga- Take a rejuvenating 45-minute break at the middle of your day. All levels of fitness and yoga experience are welcome! A moderately paced workout in which poses flow into one another, linked together through breath and movement. Practice alignment in basic poses, breathing techniques and meditation. Build your stamina, strength and flexibility through a meditative flow. Class will leave you feeling refreshed and energized to take on the rest of your day!

Zumba®- Perfect For everybody and every body! We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

30/60/90– This class will combine high-intensity, low-volume training with low-intensity, high volume training using variations of 30, 60, and 90 second intervals. Promoting specific combinations of volume and intensity, this planned integrated training program will lead to superior physical, physiological, and performance improvements. 30/60/90 is designed to produce long-term, consistent results and prevent over training and injury though appropriate training variation!
